Emeritus Professor Cole came to UCB from the University of Michigan in 1990 as a specialist in the US and Japanese in the auto industry, with a focus on quality. AT UCB, he shifted his focus to the high tech sector again with an emphasis on the US Japan comparison. He is currently working on issues related to the production and utilization of software and the telecommunications sector. Emeritus Professor Cole served as the Management of Technology Program's Co-Chairperson from 1997-2006. |
