Prior to joining the I School, Morten T. Hansen was professor at Harvard Business School and at INSEAD, France, where he retains a part-time role. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. His research has focused on collaboration. His new book, Collaboration: How Leaders Avoid the Traps, Create Unity, and Reap Big Result, is published by Harvard Business Press. His award-winning research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, among others. He speaks and consults for large companies throughout the world.
