Teamwork, leadership, and management are three of the essential ingredients required for the Management of Technology. This course provides knowledge and techniques to allow College of Engineering, School of Information and School of Business students to be a systematic force for helping transform the human element and organizations to achieve excellence in their performance. Students from all UCB groups and departments are welcome to learn organizational and leadership effectiveness.
The objective of this course is to provide students from all departments with the fundamental knowledge about how to understand and address individual, team, project and organization transformation, the principles of leadership and management and organizational behavior and change management.
